The 'Porcursor' -- part 1

After Pokey and Picky were scolded by their father for being home late, Pokey sat at the edge of his bed, crying. Picky was fast asleep, and the clock by their nightstand read 4:32 AM. he turned to look outside the window to see how bright was outside, but met eyes with a peculiar, light blue alien.
too startled to make a sound, Pokey just stared at the eerie extraterrestrial.

It started to talk to him, its voice cold, yet soft like a woman’s,

“I know why you’re such a bully… it’s because you have no friends, or confidence in the ones you’ve had. You say your best friend is Ness? Ah, but he is so popular! He’s your ticket to popularity, or so you think, isn’t he?” the alien smiled
“I can see your jealousy towards him, and I can see your hate. He gets everything, doesn’t he? And does he deserve it?”
The blue creature slithered behind Pokey, “I know a way for you to get everything you want… And revenge isn’t the half of it! I am offering you to join my war against these pathetic creatures on this so-called vibrant planet. You will be at my side, and no one will question your word again, or take you for granted! … You’re sick of them… Aren’t you?” It whispered in his ear.

It disappeared from the room in a jolt, almost like a flash.

Pokey, still shocked, had many thoughts racing through his mind, “I don’t know who that was, but… If they can help me…”

Finally, he drifted off into sleep, only to be woken up by the alarm for school at 7. Having gotten no sleep, he tiredly gets ready for school. Once downstairs, he was given a poptart by Lardna as a quick breakfast. Picky was at the sink clearing his bowl of cereal. Aloysius warned the boys that they’re going to be late, and to hurry to school.

On the way to school, Tracy joined the boys. Picky and Tracy started talking about the meteor while Pokey, walking behind the two, was lost in thought. They got to school just in time, and head to their classes. When Pokey got into the classroom the teacher was taking roll. Pokey heard the teacher call Ness’ name, but he remembered not seeing Ness join them for the walk to school.

“He didn’t walk with us this morning…”

“Well, then maybe he’s sick today” she replied.

Confused about Ness’ absence, Pokey sat down in his assigned seat, ready to do his schoolwork — but not really. All he ever did all day is doodle on his note paper. It was almost lunchtime when he started to get a headache. All of the sudden, he could hear that alien’s voice in his head again. It was loud, and echoing what it had said to him. The image of it flashed through his mind — RIIIIIiiiiinnggg! The bell for lunch rang. Pokey quickly grabbed his backpack and walked to the restroom, holding his head. He looked in the mirror in the restroom, still holding his head, now breathing heavily,

“What the hell is happening?!” he said under his breath.

Suddenly, there was another flash of the figure, but in the mirror. It was standing directly behind him, with its right hand on his right shoulder. He felt it, but only for a second. He could not get the creatures image out of his mind, or what it said to him. He looked in the mirror, eyes wide open. He was terrified.
